Senior Associate, Tax Technology and Transformation

Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands


The role:

As a Senior Associate in our client’s Digital Tax Transformation team, you will work at the intersection of taxation, technology, and operational efficiency. You recognise technological opportunities in the tax domain and are passionate about helping clients navigate and optimise their tax functions.

  • Developing tax strategies, governance models, and improving existing tax processes.
  • Implementing technological solutions to enhance in-house tax processes.
  • Introducing and positioning emerging technologies, such as GenAI, in an accessible and practical way for clients.


No two days are the same, ensuring dynamic and engaging work. You will collaborate with colleagues from consulting and other teams, aligning client needs with organisational capabilities to help shape the tax function of the future.


Skills and attributes:

  • You are enterprising and a creative thinker
  • You can make connections between abstract concepts
  • You are analytical and have a natural curiosity
  • In addition, you have an affinity with technology or would like to learn to work with it
  • A completed master’s degree in tax law, tax technology or tax economics
