The chosen applicant will provide support related to non-litigious real estate and construction matters across various projects within real estate development and investment, energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors within the Middle East.

Skills and attributes
- This position is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Solid academic foundation.
- While familiarity with the Middle East’s infrastructure and real estate sectors is advantageous, it is not obligatory.
- Scottish or English qualified preferable
- Previous involvement in creating and negotiating contractual documentation for real estate and construction is preferred.
- Experience with FIDIC-based Construction Contracts (and other primary standard forms), consultant appointments, and collateral warranties is advantageous.
- A broader understanding of EPC contracts, operational and maintenance agreements, and project contracts could be helpful, though not mandatory.
