The role                          

Our client’s Indirect Tax Compliance solution has been developed over many years, and this role is an opportunity to work as part of the multidisciplinary team that continues to develop this tax technology through the product development lifecycle (ideation to piloting / roll-out).

Join our client’s global product team, working alongside both tax specialists and the technologists within their in-house development team.

This is an extremely exciting, fast-paced and incredibly varied role which will put you at the forefront of delivering the firm’s next generation of tax and analytics technology solutions.


Key responsibilities        

The role would report to the product manager and enable you to develop your network through the interaction with a number of different stakeholders, such as indirect tax compliance teams within different member firms, global stakeholders of the global product, software developers and global implementation teams, as well as territory representatives.


Skills and attributes       

You are a tax technologist who:

  • Is hands-on, self-starting, a quick learner, a problem solver
  • Tax background, or related field
  • Experience using technology solutions, preferably to deliver tax or finance services and solve tax or finance problems
  • Good written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Good project management skills 
  • Ability to work under own initiative and adjust to a changing environment or fluid deadlines
  • A strong customer-focused mindset
  • Experience using standard software products, such as Google Sheets / Excel, Google Docs / Word and Google Slides / Powerpoint or other similar products
  • Experience of managing competing priorities and time management
  • Experience managing a team
