Location – London
Full-time permanent role to assist from primarily an accounting perspective with managing the Group’s transfer pricing requirements pursuant to relevant regulations and guidelines including the OECD BEP’s Action 13
Key responsibilities
- Obtaining an understanding of Group’s intercompany transactions, policies and practises
- Assisting the Group Transfer Pricing Manager by sourcing transactional and other relevant data from EPM/SAP systems from across the Group’s regions
- Working with the Group Transfer Pricing Manager to update existing policies and develop new policies as necessary
- Support the Group Transfer Pricing Manager in managing audits from tax agencies around the world through data collection, management etc.
- Providing project management support on transfer pricing project
- Providing accounting support where necessary
- Assist with the management and use of the TP Web transfer pricing documentation tool
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and functional analysis interviews.
- Assist with ensuring appropriate and timely information is provided to external service providers, in line with requests on TP projects.
- Assisting with tracking TP compliance in various jurisdictions, calculating and enacting true-ups when necessary and bridging any bottlenecks to meeting local tax compliance timelines.
- Assist with monitoring application of the firm’s TP policies across jurisdictions and highlighting any inconsistencies.
- Handling other related ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

- Collection, management, preparation, and presentation of data relating to intercompany transactions from the firm’s internal systems.
- Assistance with maintenance and updating of transfer pricing documentation.

To qualify for the role you must have
Essential
- General finance systems knowledge 3+ years ideal, preferably gained in Big 4 background or similar.
- Specific experience of SAP / EPM
- Awareness of transfer pricing
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to think analytically and act pragmatically
- Strong PPT/Word/Excel skills
- Able to write and review technical documents in English
- Highly numerical
- Qualified accountant

Desirable
- Domestic / international tax knowledge (corporate income tax / VAT / GST / DPT) helpful.
- In-depth transfer pricing knowledge not required as can be learned on the job.
- Experience with TP Web (or similar transfer pricing SaaS would be a significant asset)
- Industry and business experience and knowledge a significant asset.
