The team

Engaging in a career within Transfer Pricing services presents you with a unique opportunity to assist clients in developing structurally sound and tax-efficient frameworks that propel their business objectives forward. Within our client’s team, you’ll be tasked with overseeing the entirety of intercompany pricing arrangements among interconnected business entities. This encompasses a diverse spectrum of transactions, including transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services, loans, and various financing endeavors. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, optimizing taxation, and facilitating the achievement of our clients’ strategic goals.


The role

In the role of Senior Manager, you’ll collaborate within a team of problem-solving experts, contributing to the resolution of intricate business challenges spanning from strategic planning to actual implementation. The scope of skills and duties associated with this managerial position encompasses, but is not confined to:

  • Lead, supervise, and oversee multiple client service teams engaged in client projects.
  • Strategize, execute, manage, and successfully complete diverse transfer pricing projects across industries.
  • Guide, nurture, train, and mentor team members while evaluating their performance through engagement and year-end reviews.
  • Ensure effective external communication with clients and internal collaboration with team members to manage expectations, ensure contentment, meet deadlines, and drive change initiatives.
  • Actively participate in business development endeavors, identifying and pursuing opportunities for both new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated with pertinent regulatory and business matters.
  • Embrace learning opportunities beyond your comfort zone.
  • Address impediments hindering team productivity.
  • Coach, acknowledge strengths, and promote personal development in others.
  • Analyze intricate concepts or proposals and formulate a range of meaningful suggestions.

Skills and attributes

  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation, law, or a related field.
  • Accumulate six or more years of transfer pricing experience, showcasing strong technical expertise.
  • Exhibit computer proficiency and a strong command of English.
  • Showcase exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrate outstanding client service and communication skills, including written and verbal communication, with a track record of cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Possess adept leadership capabilities, encompassing business development, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Exhibit the capacity to effectively plan and deliver work within tight deadlines.
  • Display experience in cultivating both internal and external relationships and networks.
